COVID-19 Remote Working

Dear Valued Ebara Clients,

 

Ebara Pumps Australia, as a provider of pumps and parts to the critical services that support the ongoing provision of electricity, gas, water, sewage and waste and recycling services

and their maintenance will remain open for business during the Victorian stage 4 restrictions.

 

Our team will be following strict COVID-19 protocols and our COVID safe work plan has been enacted in accordance with Victorian Government published guidelines.

 

The sales and management team will continue to work remotely with pump builds and despatch operating in accordance with the COVID safe work plan.

As a result of this, our office phones will not be answered, however, there are still three easy ways to contact us:

All orders and deliveries will be processed as expeditiously as usual.

However, due to some reduced capacity of freight companies and border admin requirements for interstate freight companies, there may be longer than normal delivery times.
